Knowledge regarding neonatal resuscitation among nurses in a municipality hospital: A cross-sectional study

Background: Neonatal resuscitation (NR) is a means to restore life of baby from the state asphyxia. It singlemost important intervention for neonates with birth Resuscitation in more challenging than thatof an adult or even older infant child. Poor techniques can contribute poor outcome neonateswith Nurses being front-liners receive newborn babies, level knowledge about NR amongthem affect these patients.Objectives: This study was aimed assess regarding neonatal among nurses.Methodology: The conducted nurses one municipality hospitals Nepal by usingstructured self-administered questionnaires and total enumeration sampling method used. A 56 responseswere obtained.Results: Among 56respondents, 51 (94.6%) were age group 20-29 years. Majority them 52 (92.8%) hadinadequate only 4 (7.2%) had adequate knowledge.Conclusions: have inadequate resuscitation. Training andeducational programs on be helpful
